WCP Soccer Cup
Since I know that every person to read this is a huge soccer fan I figured I should let you in on the biggest soccer event of the year in this city. The WCP Cup.... woooooooooooo. It starts on Saturday April 29, and runs until Sunday May 7. I'll be representing team Norway if anybody wants to check it out. My team plays Sat 29 at 8:30 p.m., Sun 30 at 2:15 p.m. and Thurs 4 at 8:15 p.m., then quarterfinals, semifinals and finals for the weekend. The cost per game is 5$ or 40$ to watch every game that week (not recommended). All the games are at the new soccer facility in the exhibition grounds right beside the Brandt Centre (formerly the Agridome). A really good game will be the one on Sunday afternoon at 2:15 p.m. Norway vs. Ireland, check it out. For more info go to www.wcpcup.com.

I might try to make it to a game or two. Is anyone else interested in going? A bunch of us could go to a game and watch. Oh and there is an article is today's (Tuesday) paper about it.

serious...I was as much on Pakistan's national hockey team as braden is on Norway's soccer team! It is the same type of dealio. That is right, I said dealio!

I would think so, considering he still likes soccer. I used to play soccer and was pretty good, and then reallized, when am I going to use this in life and will I even have a chance at playing pro soccer? Obviously it is very unlikely to play pro soccer as a Canadian! Anyways... Braden I might come if Randy is!
hmmm...2:15...well there's something going on that i'm supposed to go to at 1, so i don't know if i can make it. i might leave the other event early if there are 5 GOOD reasons why i should go to this soccer game.
HEY BRADEN, just because something is popular doesn't mean it is good, I mean look at Headly or most popular music! Haha
