Well hello jolly people!
I need your help! Basically I'm getting my hair cut within a week and I'm wondering if I should lop it all off or get a trim? Any ideas? Yeah, just wondering because the last thing I want is to have people look at me and say "dear me what is that thing?" Then I'll have to do the same as Aimee and by a wig (her words not mine) :) Yeah so opinions would be most appreciated...thank you!

Oh yeah! And once again I encourage all y'all to invite your friends out to tomorrow's Ultimate Showdown, it will truly be a night to remember!

and I think that you should keep it long . . . but not as long as it is now . . . maybe just below your shoulders with layers and bangs. yaaa. . . ya!!
...wow kiersten, that kinda sounds like your haircut. haha... andrea, go with the layared look (but not too many!), mabey go with bangs if you are feeling adventurous(it will grow back eventually!), and keep it longish. I've always loved your long hair.
um, obviously, mine are CHUNKY layers. not just plain layers. get in the game, Kar, honestly. like i said, keep it long. at least we agree on something! it's a good thing we're friends!

I don't think that you should cut your hair short at all. Maybe just a slight trim just to keep it looking healthy.

Allesha you make me smile haha, yeah I had pretty long hair in gr. 7 then I cut it shoulder length and everyone at school screamed at me "WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR BEAUTIFUL HAIR?"
So I'll probably keep it long maybe be a little risky with layers...maybe, my problem is I'm not a morning person, it takes me 10 minutes to get ready in the morning then leave for the bus so I don't have time to fuss with my hair besides a quick brush...
try my trick, cut the back off and glue it to the front. A good quick way to get emo bangs.

andrew, everyone already knew that you glued hair from the back of your head to the front to get emo bangs.
and andrea, i say cut it all off. hair grows back...i don't think people realize this though...i mean, there are probably girls in youth more attatched to your hair than you are *cough cough*ALLESHA*cough*, which is ridiculous. i think that if they like your long hair, they can take the hair you cut off and glue it to their heads like andrew does.

there's a whack of meaning for emo usually it's sad or depressed people, sometimes they wear black and unfortunately some cut themselves. Basically they're people that like to rebel...

emo is supposed to be cool. it's not. emo is supposed to mean wearing dark make-up and dark clothes and painting your fingernails black. ew-they will turn yellow. emo is wearing your bangs really long so that they hang in front of your face and make you look like a shaggy dog. emo is getting your lip, eyebrow, tongue and nose pierced and then putting black rings into them and calling them cool. when really you look like a plugged up sprinkler.
haha andrew, you know I said all of that just to bug YOU. i think you're hard core, a real swell guy - even if you do have wannabe emo bangs.
so I think I'm going to shave half of it off then comb the rest of it over
