so, remember when we said that we'd babysit for free for our youth pastors? ok, well, bernard and naysa would like babysitting tomorrow @ 5:30 (sorry this is kinda last minute) and dallas and Marcy are wanting their time probably monday or tuesday next week. if you can help babysit and bless our youth pastors call me at 585-6867 as soon as you read this! thank you guys sooo much

well, you see andrew, it's easy. you just sit, on the baby.
well i figured there must me some kind of technique involved. There are so many positions: Cross-legged, zazen, lotus, half-lotus, burmese, seiza, squatting, the tiger, kneeling, balanced, floating and four hundred and thrity seven more ways! It's harder that it looks kiersten.
