I'm glad to hear it went so well! Wish I could've been there! The Wind Ensemble retreat was also a gooder, though! It was kinda cool how all of my roommates were also Christians, so we got to learn more about each other and what we believe, and talking about God is obviously a highlight that I always thoroughly enjoy!

Wow! That retreat was fantabulistic!!! It felt so amazing to take a break from the crazyness of this world, and just relax with brothers and sisters out in God's creation. I am still challenged as I think about the things we learned about change and how I need to change! Having the time to be renewed through hours spent with God is not something we should ever take for granted because those times will not happen very often! That was my first and last youth retreat. Oh how I wish I could have another soon. I want to challenge you guys to make the most of your time and spend it with God, because rest is a fleeting glance in our busy worlds.

Yeah, I had my first and last Youth Group retreat last year, and it was just SO amazing! I remember that the talk was so inspiring! The leader was talking about how to be on fire for God, and how He wants us to keep pushing ourselves forward (and if you're going up a hill, even when you stop to take a breather, you slide back); you need to keep pressing on! It was such a powerful message, and although I wasn't able to attend the last retreat with you other youth groupers, I'm sure it was another truly inspirational message! Oh yeah, what was the main reason for this comment, again? I think I wanted to say I wish I could go to and learn a lot from other youth retreats, but I sure am grateful from learning so much from God by just spending time with Him and even being encouraged and challenged by you other believers! Thank you, guys!
